Welcome to Registry. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. As a provider of namespace registration and global Edge Network routing infrastructure, we handle your data with the highest cryptographic standards and strict security policies.

This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website, user console, API endpoints, and related services.

2. Data We Collect

To provision and secure your infrastructure, we collect the following arrays of data:

• Identity Data: Full name, email address, phone number, and physical address provided during account creation and WHOIS profile setup.
• Authentication Data: Cryptographically hashed passwords, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) secrets, and OAuth identities (Google/GitHub).
• Infrastructure Data: DNS configurations, target node IPs, custom nameservers, SSL mode preferences, and Edge WAF settings.
• Telemetry & Usage: IP addresses, browser user-agents, login timestamps, and system action audit logs.
• Financial Data: Transaction IDs and payment gateway references (e.g., bKash, Nagad). We do not store raw credit card numbers.

3. How We Utilize Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized to operate, secure, and optimize your edge deployments:

• To register, delegate, and propagate your namespaces across the global network.
• To enforce Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules and mitigate Layer 7 DDoS attacks.
• To generate automated invoices and manage your active domain quotas.
• To dispatch critical system alerts via Email, Discord, Slack, or Telegram CLI.
• To maintain the immutable audit trail for security compliance.

4. WHOIS Directory & Public Disclosure

As a domain registry operator, we adhere to global namespace regulations. By default, the name, email, and masked phone number you provide in your Identity Settings may be visible in our public Cryptographic WHOIS lookup tool to verify domain ownership.

We automatically mask your phone number (e.g., +8801***234) to protect against scraping, but administrative contacts remain queryable unless strict WHOIS privacy is engaged.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure Partners

To provide global low-latency routing, we integrate with enterprise partners. We may share necessary operational data with:

• Cloudflare, Inc: For edge node routing, DNS propagation, SSL/TLS certificate provisioning, and WAF mitigation. DNS records and routing instructions are synced directly to their API.
• Payment Processors: Gateways (bKash, Nagad, etc.) to verify transaction hashes and validate ledger payments.
• Communication APIs: Services required to dispatch multi-channel webhooks (Slack, Discord, Telegram).

We will never sell your data to marketing agencies or unauthorized third-party brokers.

6. The "Burn-After-Reading" Secret Vault

When you communicate with our Edge Support Matrix, you have the option to use the Secure Vault for transmitting sensitive data (like cPanel passwords or origin server keys). Once an administrator intercepts and resolves the ticket, this data is permanently purged and "burned" from our database. It cannot be recovered.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your Identity Profile and Audit Logs as long as your account remains active. If you choose to terminate your account or your namespaces expire, DNS records are immediately purged from the edge network. However, financial ledgers and basic audit logs may be retained for up to 5 years for legal compliance and anti-abuse tracking.

8. Tracking & Cookies

We use minimal, strictly necessary cookies to maintain your secure session (PHP Session ID) and remember your UI preferences (like Dark Mode or CMD+K state). We do not deploy invasive third-party ad trackers.
